With an already solid foundation, Hohm Tech Int'l has evolved and made the best even better. Now equipped with a proprietary structure, top cap design, and chemistry (QSP Li-NMC), we can confidently say that the RUN XL is the king of the 21700 size class in every way imaginable.

The original idea was to use the 21700 cell exclusively for electric motor (EVM) applications, but we liked it so much that we couldn't help but introduce it to the world. Preparing this cell to meet the extreme safety standards we are committed to required over two years of research and development focused exclusively on the cobalt-oxide ratio and the graphite shielding process.

The RUN XL 21700 outperforms its competitors, offering increased tolerance to amperage loads, better voltage stability under load, and extended cell life thanks to the cooler operation of the new chemistry. For consumers who use devices with extremely high current requirements but need a battery that can support these loads without the need for rapid replacement, we introduce the RUN XL 21700 series.

The Hohm RUN XL can be used in various applications with a battery management system. These cells have a capacity of 4007mAh, a CDR of 30.3A, an 80°C | 2.8V cutoff of 38.6A, and a pulse/peak rating of 44.2A. All ratings are subject to strict guidelines established for DLr1, TID2, PVDL3, CLR4, mR5, and temperature (°C). The RUN XL is most closely related to the popular Hohm LIFE 18650 cell, but features a different chemistry fused at different frequencies. The result is incredibly high current outputs with guaranteed consistent coherence within the Li-Ion family.

Every Hohm Tech cell model has been tested and certified by UN38.3, EN62133, IEC62133 2nd Edition, and UL1642 accredited laboratories and test facilities assigned by the relevant regulatory bodies. This includes MSDS, CE, ROHS, UN38.3, IEC, specifications, and air/sea transport certifications. We don't compromise. We deliver what we promise... All cells are specifically designed for intensive and energy-hungry devices that require continuous current delivery to function as intended. Not only performance and capacity were a priority, but safety measures were also always at the forefront.

For safety:

• A modified high-purity aluminum (UHP Al) cathode tag is used to lower internal resistance.
• An updated Polyseal with refined bitumen is incorporated into each cell to ensure that excess pressure is controlled.
